Today was a day of revelations and clarity. I am thankful daily for the wisdom and insights that come my way in every possible and imaginable way. I am grateful for the support that I have in my work, in my professional development as an Academic Librarian, and more importantly, how much I have turned away from the old ways of managing everyday occurances and surprises. I am also grateful knowing that all things (opinions, feelings, thoughts) eventually rear its head and that I am always in the right place at the right time when said truths are revealed to me. As a woman of faith, I can't help but praise my Lord and Savior Jesus Christ for sustaining me thus far!

http://www.blackmoneymatters.com

If you have children and you want to teach them about saving their allowances, birthday gifts, or even Christmas gifts that are financial in nature, this web-link offers the best type of advice for parents who want to get their children started in planning for their financial future.

Her music is such a welcomed pace in my busy life. NPR recently featured an interview and some samplings from three songs of her new CD:
